If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did an inquiry through the app's live chat and I could've received better help from a pole. Do not work in a job involving customer service when you have no interest in helping customers' inquiries. Do yourself a favour and stick with Sportsbet. I can now see why this betting agency is rated 1.3 stars out of 5 with over 5500 reviews.
Terrible experience on a sports bet . They marked one of my winning bets as a loser so it made my whole entire parlay invalid. Meanwhile all my other games are winning and this one was supposed to be marked as a winner so I would’ve been able to cash out hundreds of dollars and when I contacted them they agreed but it took them three hours to change it and by then I didn’t have the cash out option so I got screwed for hundreds of dollars that I could’ve cashed out if they would’ve marked the bat correctly in the first place . I did nothing wrong. It was all their fault yet they still refuse to do anything.
Wrongly suspended my account with no emails telling me why , live chat is pathetic they may aswell not have it ! I emailed them asking why my account was suspended they told me it’s under verification and should take up to 24hrs it has been over a week I’ve had no further emails and I’m still locked out with funds still in the account . Diabolical!
Bet364 rarely pays out and is well renowned for banning people who win. What I find the funniest about the app though is when you play the slots, the spins will jerk and pause and suddenly you won't have what you expect to see. Few times with a bonus the last bonus magically disappeared. Awful company, awful app, awful CEO. F*** bet365!
