Wow,just wow,I've played a many casinos over the years and this one honestly has me shocked.2 days ago I received a message saying I still had money in my account so I logged on and played for a bit.i won a few thousand dollars.i went to start the headache of verification so I could withdraw my winnings.i uploaded my documents, got confirmation that they had been accepted and an hour later my winnings were in my bank.no word of a lie,this has never happened ever,ever,ever.this is now my favorite casino and I will be back to play again.thankyou bet365.your amazing
I find it strange that there are so many poor reviews, I presumed these are on casino bets that people are complaining about and if so just don’t play, I would never play any casino on any site there is only one winner.I have no complaints and if anything went wrong or had not paid out correctly after messaging them it was corrected, only knocked of 1 point because they have stopped there instant message system which was so simple. I accidentally put on a bet of £25 ew on an outsider on virtual racing which I enjoy for fun, but 90% of the time I only put 25p ew as the odds are very high and win often, so I messaged them and they gave me the £50 refund that I had made a mistake with. So I have had a good experience with 365.
Bet365 wrongly settled my corners bet – Ignoring official UEFA dataI placed a bet on Over 6.0 corners in the FC Koper vs Željezničar match (July 17, 2025). Bet365 marked the bet as lost, claiming only 6 corners were taken, based on their data provider (Press Association).However, I provided official UEFA statistics showing 7 corners were taken (3 by Koper, 4 by Željezničar). According to Bet365’s own rules, they should reconsider results when there is undisputable evidence of an error.Despite this, they refused to review or escalate the case, choosing to trust a third-party provider over the official competition organizer (UEFA).I’m posting this to make others aware: even with clear evidence, Bet365 won't correct a wrongly settled bet if it goes against their preferred data source
I only have a bet once a week.I used to be able to put£10 on super boost I presume because I had a few wins they knocked me down to £1.Customer service are a waste of time just tried ro blame another department.No more bets for me closed the account. They can’t afford to lose a few pounds bet they wouldn’t stop me if I lost. Leave well alone.

She best hope I never bump into her cos all the money in the world wouldn't buy her out of what I would see as karma. She's a thief, her sites a bottomless black hole and bet365 need closing down permanently before they bankrupt even more unsuspecting fools that think it must be a legitimate site....it's so far from that king Midas would be hard pushed to win a quid!!!
