How an earth this company can still be operating is nothing short of scandalous.They have previous as any Google search will show you advertising on children's web pages and accepting stolen money they have been fined for both.They treat the customer with utter contempt and have no morals.Deliberately refuse to provide any kind of working customer service facility and refuse to answer phones or answer emails.CEO is Anthony Werkman who again has been hauled before the regulator before but still refuses to acknowledge any complaints.Do not use or if you are owed money contact the regulator or a journalist specialising in gambling consumer issues.At some point this shower needs to be held to account and exposed.They spend millions on sponsorship but treat paying customers like sh*t.

I have been placing bets for some time . When ever you win they take long to pay and you keep having to message them to escalate . The agents on call are not helpful . I have been waiting for payment for 1000 USD for more than 3 weeks and keep emailing but they say they have paid but have not provided proof of payment . Had a bet voided when it should have been settled as a winner (was setlled as a winner on every other book). After about an hour long wait in the queue for live chat I was greeted by an extremely unhelp and slow worker who refused to give me a valid reason for voiding my bet. He eventually stated a rule which did not apply to my bet and said the rule had been written incorrectly and should apply to my bet. When i called this out he abruptly ended the chat which was extremely rude. Do not use betway, use any other major book. They will absolutely rob you.
