Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months, it was sincerely random, culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.Since then, betway have rigged the game, ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins, 1, every single time. This has happened over 20 times now, which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked company's other reviews on this website, I've since discovered I'm not the only one.I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random, which is a bare faced lie. They then gave me the email address of their manager, who I tried to contact about the issue, but never heard back from.They are liars, playing a fradulent game, punishing me for having the audacity to actually win on a game.

What has happened to betway. A word of warning for anyone new thinking of using this company. I added a replacement debit card won a small amount tried to withdraw it despite getting on chat which took for ever 4 days on the trot they could not resolve the issue quoting terms n conditions and drawn out bullshit have made it almost impossible to withdraw the money . So i will never use them again which is bad business for them and i recommend no one else to use them they can let you deposit but put every obstacle in the way of a withdrawal. Casino rugged how they get away with it is beyond me . Be careful
Exteamly difficult to contact if you have a problem. When you go onto chat there is usually up to 20 ahead in queue and do they think it is ok to let you wait like you have nothing better to do? There is no email option either to email your query/problem. I think the regulator needs to step in and advise this is not acceptable.
Terrible Experience – Avoid Betway at All Costs!I have had an awful experience with Betway. This company is completely unreliable and seems to have no regard for customer service. When I submitted a withdrawal request, they simply ignored it as if it never happened. To make things worse, when I tried replying to their email for support, I received an automatic response saying that the address (support @betway.com) is no longer being monitored. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, there has been no further communication or effort on their part.It’s astonishing that with all the advertising they do, they can’t be bothered to provide even basic customer support. I highly recommend staying away from Betway – they’ve shown themselves to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. Total fraud!
I had a very bad experience with the bookmaker Betway. After I won, my account was suddenly blocked, and the withdrawal process was halted. They then required additional verification, which I promptly completed according to their instructions. After a while, I received an email asking for more information. Poor customer service interaction, was rather rude and kept giving 'political' responses so it went round in circles.Created my account and was instantly locked out, after a week of submitting my details I still have no access to the account which I had already loaded £30 onto to meet the deposit requirements for the offer.Not impressed.
