Very disappointing experience.
I had a viewing scheduled at 12:00 PM with Amber, but she arrived more than an hour late without proper notice. This showed a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel serious or reliable. I would not recommend based on this interaction.
I wanted to share the exceptional experience I had working with a representative and the team in Dubai while leasing a property in Jumeirah Golf Estate. From the initial contact through a property search platform, the responses were incredibly swift. I was connected to the representative within 10 minutes and had a guided viewing of the property in less than 2 hours. The representative was well-informed about the property, the community, the amenities, and even the landlords. Any information they didn't have right away was provided by that evening. The decision to rent was straightforward, and my offer was accepted on the same day. Moving into the property was seamless, as the representative and the team handled all the paperwork efficiently. Communication was excellent—very responsive and proactive with updates. I genuinely recommend both the representative and the team for their outstanding service; they are worth every penny. While I hope not to need their services for a while, I will definitely return when I do.
