Really terrible experience. We have just moved into a property that desperately needs renovation/ refurbishment. We ordered a large amount of panelling. First attempt, company failed to deliver, 2nd attempt they sent all different coloured panels, so half way through the job, our builders had to stop work due to the company sending us the wrong items. We ordered light oak panels and they sent us all walnut panels, which is frustrating as we need the work done asap so had to accept what they sent us, we still have different coloured panels and have contacted the company several times to inform them of this and we have been completely ignored on numerous occasions. Better off looking elsewhere, I do not recommend this company.

We bought a light fitting but sadly on opening whas't what we were hoping for and so returned it - it looked nice but just wasn't for right for us. The return occurred over Christmas so there was a slight delay with the refund but can't fault the response from Klaudia at BHS. I know there are loads of negative reviews but the experience for us was fine!
Pair of bedside lights arrived OK and on time. No bulbs included. The bulbs needed as per instruction leaflet are no longer available, the capsule bulbs are now superseded by LED bulbs but make sure you buy the shorter of the two bulbs which are made by Philips. Waste of my time and two trips to the shops.
Bought lamps from them for yrs ,never had any problems but this lamp had tge gold dot inside the lamp so a few wks back I decided I clean the inside of the lamp to my disappointment the design rubbed off ,reported it too them sent pics ,they came back and said I’d had the lamp for three yrs and it was basically epwear and tear ,surly cleaning up the inside of the lamp shouldn’t have took the pattern off but it did ,no happy with this
Customer service not worth their salt. Phoned them three times for different things, each time the girl on the end of the phone says ‘You need to email in.” First time emailed: no response. Second email: no response. Had to buy an extra fitting to rectify the problem. Wanted to return it. Conditions state that returned goods even within 14 days with return authorisation will be rejected. How do you get return authorisation? Email them! Guess what? I did, and no response. Utterly useless. No quibble returns? Forget it. It should say No damned returns!Goods are generally nice, until things go wrong. Then you’re by yourself. And don’t think you will get around it by taking stuff back to the shop if you have a Litecraft store near you. You buy it mail-order, you have to return it the same way. If you live in the Birmingham area, their Erdington store is closing. Wonder why?Avoid.
