It shouldn't even be 1 star. Absolute FRAUDS. I paid for Furniture that they CANCELLED. They told me to wait 2 weeks for a Refund but that they are taking £120 for delivery. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS CANCELLED. I'm having to go through my Bank and Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs. Terms and conditions state if cancelled within 24hrs you get Full Refund, mine was cancelled within 3 to 4hrs and they're trying to charge for delivery when nothing was delivered.
I bought a marble table with 6 chairs and I’m very very happy with it. Have had so many compliments about it. Looks exactly as the pictures it’s stunning!!! Thank you so much!!! Will definitely be ordering again. I fact I have 2 matching bar stools being delivered today :)
I purchased a marble dining table and six chairs from a company called Elite Ambient.One week after delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs was faulty — something you could only detect once you sat on it.I contacted the supplier immediately, but they claimed I should have reported it sooner. I explained that I notified them as soon as I became aware of the defect and it's only been ONE WEEK! A chair is not a perishable item; it’s meant to last for years.The manager, then told me I would have to pay for delivery if I wanted the chair replaced. I refused, especially since I had already paid an additional £99 for installation. After insisting, the manager said they would only replace the chair when another order was placed in my area — clearly a stalling tactic. It's been over 2 months and I'm still left with a broken chair!!This company is absolutely terrible. They are dishonest and lack integrity.Please do not buy from this company. Consider this your warning — buyer beware! ⚠️
I’m very happy with Elite Ambient Interiors. From delivery which was very prompt 3days. Two man delivery on time and efficient. When I assembled furniture I didn’t have any problems. Looks really nice and has added a lovely touch to my living room. Thank you very much .
Ordered a marble table and 4 lion knocker chairs. Great company to deal with. Regular WhatsApp messages to keep you informed of delivery date and then time slot. Lovely friendly delivery man. Didn’t realise I’d paid for it to be made up on delivery but just got in with it. Well worth the extra money paid for putting it together. Saved me and my hubby arguing over it! And it looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.
