Refusing to pay me 3 different times

Had a $35 cashout to venmo cancelled and can't seem to get anyone from bigcashweb to help me. This is the third time this has happened, the other two were $20 and $5. So that's $60 I guess I won't be getting. None of the other websites like scrambly or freecash or myfreeapp have ever done anything like this
