The company doesn't award points to you for referring. I have 1 person who has made almost 50k points yet not a point has been added to my account for referrals. I received points yesterday thinking maybe it was for my referrals yet they were quickly taken away. I have successfully cashed out plenty of times however my friend hasn't been able to cash out. He did several and then they disappeared. Use at your own risk.
Editing: I got in contact with the founder and my cashout issue has been fixed. The fact that I was responded to (within minutes I might add) means way more than the offer not tracking so I can chalk that up to a loss as I didn’t initially mention it in my complaint regarding my cashout issue. Thank you so much!! Been playing games for almost two days. First cashout was easy, waited a few hours and it came through. Got an email that I now qualified for instant cash outs. Tried to cash out $15 a few hours ago and nothing. Also, I grinded on a game to achieve a milestone worth 2500 coins and then of course that’s the only milestone that hasn’t tracked despite playing beyond the milestone. Wouldn’t recommend this site as of now.
I have a LLC built around game testing, we've had many successful payouts from sites like playtestcloud, tester up etc. This is the first one I used that ask us to spend money on a task then instead of receiving points removes them and puts the account negative. Multiple members of our business has had problems with bigcashweb, being slow payouts that claim to be instant, not receiving pay at all and no points are reimbursed also contacting support is a 50/50 chance you will even get a reply
