I also never received my package, and customer service was unhelpful, blaming my neighbors. They refused to replace it ($40) and responded rudely to my complaint. I recommend buying T-shirts elsewhere! UPDATE: The company's response to this review was misleading. The delivery confirmation was just a photo of my building, with no clear address or package indication. Again, I suggest looking elsewhere!
Terrible customer service. Ordered shirts and never received them. Of course they blame the shipping company and refuse to ship out replacement. They were very rude in their responses to me. I would NEVER use them again. I highly recommend you dont use them either. They even claim USA based company but their product is not made in the USA. Total scam company. Deserve zero stars but that is not a option.
The price was good and I received the items in a timely manner. In fact, after the first shirt order, I ordered 3 additional shirts. I have no idea how the return process would be because, I'm happy with what I ordered.
I placed a custom order with Big Top Shirt Shop and clearly provided patch placement instructions via email. Despite this, they completely ignored those directions and placed the patch incorrectly. When I contacted them, they flat-out denied ever receiving instructions—until I sent them photo proof of the exact email. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to gaslight me by claiming the instructions were "unclear." They then offered a partial refund or a full refund for the pant. I chose the full refund but explained I still needed the product done correctly.When I asked if I needed to place an entirely new order—now subject to new minimums—they responded by saying the issue was taking "too long" to resolve. The irony? The delay was entirely due to their refusal to acknowledge a very clear error on their part.The lack of accountability, the dismissiveness, and the poor customer service made this one of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve ever had. Proceed with caution if you expect attention to detail or professional communication.
I’m not going to waste time going over the specifics of my negative experience with their customer service chat line. I’ll just say that if they spent as much time actually trying to help their customers, as they do defending themselves against bad reviews, maybe they wouldn’t have to continually defend themselves against bad reviews. Any response from them to this particular review should be taken with a grain of salt, as 80% of their reviews are the lowest possible at 1 star, and this speaks for itself.
