We like the shirt very much

We like the shirt very much. We ordered it to evaluate for future 2 shirts for each of the volunteers (5) in our (independent living) John Knox workshop. So far it looks like a go and will probably order very soon.

VERY rude

VERY rude, extremely poor customer service, actually nasty when I wanted to return a top I order for my mother that arrived a week after she died. the package had NOT been opened. They had me fill out a form and I got a letter saying they would review my request and get back to me. they didn't. Then some jerk asserted that I did not fill out the form. Well dang it, I have a snap shot of the form...so...be wise, don't use them

Rude customer service & a terrible attitude is no way to run a business

Ordered a hat.After the order I asked if it would be there by Saturday.They don't me that was "impossible".I woke up the next morning to an email notification of a cancelled order.When I asked about their customer service policies in the chat, if they had it in their manual to cancel customer orders without explicit instructions or talking to the customer first, they basically told me to go away.They appear to have gone so far as to block access to their website.I've never, ever experienced as negative an interaction with an online vendor as I have with this one.I'm not sure what's wrong with them, but I'd take my business anywhere else before I tried to give these people any of my money.

Similar to other customer reviews online, we also had a bad experience with Big Top Shirt Shop.If you are thinking of buying from them I'll save you some time... RUN the other way!They messed up our order, blamed us for it rather than working with us to correct it, and then when we tried to make a new order they cancelled it telling us they did not want to do business with us anymore because we were upset with their (lack of) service.Customer first attitude? I think not. Going above and beyond for their customers? Nope.They are always right and the customer is always wrong? You got it!This company needs to take some classes on customer service. They have a great product and fair pricing, but their service is nonexistent.
