The set up of the trial and Account was effortless and the mobile and desktop apps are integrated brilliantly. The entire system has clearly been well thought of to create a seamless experience for the user. Really impressed with this service and all for a reasonable and fair cost. Can’t fault the service anywhere and I only imagine it will get better.

Apps not reliable

Since the upgrade over a year ago, both the iPhone app and desktop app have not been reliable. It does not show full extension names on now (it did till upgrade 12/2024) and it is no longer a simple click on Desktop app to block a call number. Now it will not even show the call logs on ANY app/browser.

Misleading Sales Call

Agent called up and said they needed to speak to my colleague has he signed up for a free trial ( on boxing day ). He had not signed up and was not even working when they claimed he signed up.

You can always count on getting the correct advice and assistance on how to set up your system and how to use it. Just be very clear what you actually want from the system to allow to provide you with all the options
