Did the cs flash tune and some other adjustments (steering, diff, suspension and dsc). Had an rj45 cable from Amazon (10 EUR), my laptop in order to connect with the car and Bimmer-remote. Clear and easy instructions via WhatsApp. The agent was professional. Process took 20 minutes. Pleased with the outcome. Really like how my g82 shifts now.
