It takes too long for the order to process and ship. Picture on website did not match what was shipped to me (the part did not fit). I initiated a return with sufficient information and was replied to with a request to submit info i already gave.
When I spoke to a Rep the 1st time I ordered, I explained the urgency. According to him, I was informed that I would receive in 2 days, well that didn't happen. Then when I called back to find out where my package was, really didn't get much help. This was my first time buying from the company, not sure I'll use your services again.
