Good evening,

I would like to post review regarding the vehicles performance and reliability.

Our experience with the vehicle and partner company has been nothing short or diabolical.

I would like the CEO to contact me and respond to this post due to the fact that we have documented factual evidence of our experiences and have had inadequate responses to our enquiries.

I could provide a detailed timeline here, and inform the general public of the the complaint but would like to provide the opportunity for the CEO to provide some mitigation or refer back to the complaint in full.

FYI - best practice to ensure you provide factual evidence including video documentary and photo footage.

FOR ALL CONCERNED - I attempted the above and the company will not confirm liability.

Formal proceedings continue.

Issues with a New Electric Vehicle Purchase

I purchased a brand new electric vehicle through a local dealer, and within the first three months, it began making rattling noises. I returned it to the showroom, where they kept it for a month to address what they claimed was a defect. Unfortunately, the rattling persisted, indicating that the main problem was not resolved. After several visits, the technician and service team denied there was any issue, suggesting I reach out to the manufacturer, but they provided no assistance either. In the end, I lost a significant amount of money and decided to return the vehicle to the financing company.

Strongly advise against this vehicle

I cannot recommend this vehicle at all. It drives poorly, handles terribly, and has awful fuel efficiency, averaging just 30 miles per gallon. Despite not traveling much, I was spending £45 weekly on fuel. There are no heated windows, requiring a 20-minute wait for them to clear, and the radio quality is subpar. The interior is poorly made, and the radio requires a USB cable for music since there's no Bluetooth; the same cable is needed for the sat nav. It feels like the company is stuck in the past. When we viewed the car nearly three years ago, there were no visible wires for the radio, but upon collection, a wire was protruding from the dashboard, taped up. The sales team promised to fix this, but it took nearly a year, and the radio was worse afterward. I've opted to keep the radio off while driving. The seats are uncomfortable, and if you have back issues, I advise against this brand. The dealership has been misleading, and I'm relieved my lease is ending this month. During the last service, I was informed of a TPMS fault that needed fixing before the MOT, but since the vehicle is part of a mobility scheme, I didn’t have to handle it. When I took it for the MOT, I mentioned the warning light, and thankfully, I know a bit about cars. Initially, the staff downplayed it, but it turned out to be an instant fail. They promised to fix it before the MOT, but delays occurred due to system issues. If you have to wait, arrange for someone to pick you up, as the facilities are not customer-friendly. They've just added a drink station and seating area, but it’s still not accommodating, especially for disabled customers. I suggest avoiding bookings during their lunch hour. I was repeatedly told the car wouldn’t be ready until after lunch. I was even informed it would be washed during service, which it wasn’t. Customer service is lacking; I was taught that customer satisfaction should come first. Overall, I could go on, but I’ll stop here. If you have questions, reach out to the mobility service directly; they won’t pick up or drop off your car for services. I recommend other brands for better service. My car had 65 miles on it during the MOT, but when I picked it up, it had 52—definitely suspicious. This brand has changed ownership, and it shows. Good points? None, unless you enjoy branded merchandise from the first service.

Avoid this vehicle at all costs!

I cannot recommend this vehicle. It drives poorly, has terrible handling, and is extremely inefficient on fuel, averaging just 30 miles per gallon. Even with minimal travel, I was spending £45 weekly on fuel. The lack of heated windows meant waiting 20 minutes for them to clear, and the radio quality is abysmal. The interior feels cheaply made, and the radio requires a USB cable for music, lacking Bluetooth. It seems the company hasn't updated since the 90s. When we inspected the car before purchase, there were no visible wires for the radio, yet upon collection, a wire was protruding from the dashboard, poorly taped. The sales team promised to resolve this, but it took nearly a year, and the radio was worse afterward. I've avoided using it altogether. The seats are uncomfortable, and if you have back issues, I advise against this brand. The dealership has been dishonest, and I'm relieved my lease is ending this month. Avoid this vehicle!

Steer clear of this vehicle! Its performance is horrendous, making it one of the worst cars I've ever owned. Thankfully, it's leased, allowing me to return it mid-2026. I've faced constant issues with parts malfunctioning, and booking appointments at dealerships is a nightmare. Over three years, I've spent over £2k on repairs for a car that's only five years old. My previous car lasted 11 years without any of these problems. It rarely passes its MOT due to ongoing issues. Recently, a battery fault was linked to the radio, preventing my car from starting. Yet, the radio is only under warranty for a year, so the problem isn’t covered by the seven-year warranty. It's unacceptable! I can't wait to be rid of it; avoid this brand at all costs.

Warranty issues causing major inconvenience

My vehicle, covered under the manufacturer's seven-year warranty, has been inoperable for over two weeks due to charging issues. The dealership claims a warranty mismatch, but the company has yet to verify this. There's been no written decision regarding the warranty, no diagnostic evidence shared, and no clear timeline for resolution while my vehicle remains unusable. I haven't received any mobility support during this time. I expected better communication and a proactive approach from the manufacturer when a vehicle under warranty becomes immobilized. I hope this issue can be resolved fairly once properly reviewed.

Terrible experience - Stay away!

I had a terrible experience. After purchasing a new vehicle, it broke down within an hour and a half. I was initially told it would be fixed in a week, then before Christmas, but after waiting three and a half weeks, I'm still in limbo. All communication was initiated by me; I received no updates from them. They kept promising different completion dates even after I mentioned I would cancel. Their focus seems to be solely on money. I was told my car would be prioritized due to its cost, but what about other customers? I struggled to get a courtesy car because they claimed they didn’t have any available. Avoid this dealership and the brand entirely!

Atrocious customer service

The customer service is nothing short of terrible. My brand new vehicle has been off the road for three weeks. I've been denied a courtesy car twice—first for not having a long enough ongoing issue, then because they claimed to be addressing the fault. I'm still waiting for authorization for repairs, without any courtesy car or updates. Despite enjoying the car itself, I will never deal with this brand again due to their awful customer care.

Very disappointing service

The service provided was extremely disappointing, characterized by poor communication and a complete lack of follow-up. One staff member was particularly unhelpful. My experience has been very frustrating.

Zero stars for service

I would give zero stars if possible. I've had my vehicle for just two months and it's already experiencing central locking issues and a battery drain. I can't get it into a dealership for three weeks. The roadside assistance said it needs to be serviced today due to the likelihood of further issues. The helpline cannot provide a courtesy car since the fault hasn't been diagnosed, and I can't move the car myself. Congratulations to the company for their poor customer service. They don't provide courtesy cars until after a fault has been seen, leaving me with a non-working car that's only two months old. Avoid this brand at all costs.
