Review Time
I approached this company as I wanted a bare metal server to move client websites too as my current provider was inadequate. I sent details of my requirements. I had one reply to ask about my budget, but didn't get any further replies. Tried to follow up a few days later and still haven't heard back after a few weeks. Ticket is still open on their support portal, but no updates in 2 weeks. If this is their response to quotes / sales, I can't imagine what their support response time is like.

The company has now reached out to me following this review. They claim my email was flagged as spam, despite someone initially responding to my request. I will update the review accordingly based on the outcome of the follow up.

Would love to have a cheaper Cairo package.At present the price of the package in Cairo is really too high.I previously posted on your website bought the Cairo server which was $10 at the time[citynet Time ] and has now soared to $30.
Previously was with Hetzner but have switched to BinaryRacks for their budget dedicated servers.Had a few issues with the control panel not working and networking issues with my installed Linux server OS but all issues were promptly resolved by customer support via ticket, so happy to stay for the continued customer care.
