Unfortunately this is the sixth time we had to have this appliance repaired mainly due to the problem of plastic wheels on the opening mechanism not turning a so create ing a flat spot on the wheel
We have a dishwasher that was installed in June 2025. In October it started to leak steam around the top of the door. This was first reported to NEFF on 17 November. We have now had 4 engineers visits (one of whom seemed intent on finding where the fitter had not installed it correctly rather than identifying the issue with the machine). At the last visit, the engineer confirmed it had been installed correctly but he had to send a report back to HQ. After a week I chased NEFF HQ to be told how sorry they were but that they had to wait 2 weeks or so to get a response from Germany before they could do anything else. Therefore we have now have a dishwasher that was less than 4months old when it started leaking and we have not been able to use for 3 months while NEFF go through their internal processes to find a solution. They appear to have totally missed the element of customer service and finding quick solution for us rather than worrying far more about issues at their end. Based on this experience I would use anybody but NEFF for their total lack of consideration for their customers.
Easy online request with a follow up, simple booking process for the engineer to visit and all of the paperwork organised and sorted with little input form myself. Ultimately the problem fixed and dishwasher running after a part replacement.

We experienced a delay of about a week for someone to come out, and when the technician arrived, he informed us that it wasn't repairable. The replacement took another week to arrive, leaving us without a washer for two weeks. 🤷♂️ We chose the same model for the replacement, which has a different reference number but is essentially the same as the old one. I had to pay £450 as it was considered an upgrade, which seems unreasonable given it's the same machine. I hope for your agreement when I request a refund!
The response from the company through my care plan was swift, with outstanding communication from both parties involved, including the technician who performed the repair. The technician was especially knowledgeable, polite, and a delight to have in my home.
I reached out to the company regarding a broken shelf bracket on my built-in microwave and asked if the replacement part would be covered under warranty, which is set to expire next month. I was informed that it wouldn't be covered, but they offered to replace it as a goodwill gesture right away, without any hesitation. Even though my query was quite minor, it was addressed by a representative in a very professional and friendly way.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the cashback offer. It feels like a scam tied to a specific brand. The experience has been a complete nightmare, and I still have not received any resolution. I advise against expecting anything from the service, as this cashback seems to be a tactic to encourage purchases.
After redesigning our kitchen four years ago with these appliances, we regret not choosing another brand entirely. We faced multiple issues: the main oven fan made strange noises and was replaced under warranty, the vacuum drawer pump failed and was also replaced, and the glass hob cracked and had to be replaced. Now, the vacuum pump has failed again, and the extractor fan switch is faulty. We've also had issues with the microwave sparking. If I were to redesign a kitchen again, I would choose a different brand.
