Delivery took roughly three weeks and therefore didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. That would have been manageable on its own, but the product also fell short of expectations: the plastic feels noticeably cheap and rigid, and the AirPods case didn’t fit at all. We decided to return it and, after several emails back and forth, were instructed to cover the €9 return shipping to Portugal ourselves. We eventually did so, but it turned out to be throwing good money after bad — the refund never arrived.

Fragola brand has been amazing! I was having trouble locating my package, and then USPS lost the package and it never got to me. The brand sent me a new package right away without hesitation. Seriously amazing!
The customer service provided by this company is truly outstanding. I ordered some gifts that were being shipped internationally. When I saw that the tracking indicated they were delivered in another state while I live in a different one, I contacted the company. They explained that the items had been delivered to their international shipping unit but were not progressing from there. They promised to send out a replacement via priority mail, but I was concerned since it was close to Christmas and coming from overseas. However, I received the new shipment today, a week before Christmas. Each time I emailed, they replied with such kindness. Definitely five stars!
