Worst experience. 5G internet speed slower than 5G on my phone. I don't recommend it. Troubleshooting is also difficult. They always claim everything is fine on their end.
Hiper has great customer service! The chat assistant was helpful on the easy issues, and was also quick to route me to a person when it couldn't help me. Oliver B was super helpful with my invoice issues and was able to solve the problem with great clarity and speed.
