I have been experiencing ongoing problems - I canceled my service last October, and although they acknowledged it, they continued to send items and withdraw funds from my account. I have reached out via email but received no response! I will be contacting my bank to file a formal complaint and seek a refund, as well as to block any further transactions. This reflects poorly on what is supposed to be a reputable service! I will definitely not recommend them.

Steer clear of direct purchases from this company! My experience was dreadful. They promoted a Black Friday deal that I took advantage of, but only part of my order arrived. Their customer service responds only once a day, leading to weeks of delays in resolving issues. When I called, they assured me they would investigate but failed to follow up. Ultimately, I had to recover my funds through my bank. I will never use this company again.
