Continued Issues - Cancellation Ignored

I have been experiencing ongoing problems - I canceled my service last October, and although they acknowledged it, they continued to send items and withdraw funds from my account. I have reached out via email but received no response! I will be contacting my bank to file a formal complaint and seek a refund, as well as to block any further transactions. This reflects poorly on what is supposed to be a reputable service! I will definitely not recommend them.

Unexpected Charge After Cancellation

I canceled my subscription at the beginning of December, yet four weeks later, they charged me again and sent more products. I can't find the subscription in my account, and I'm unable to stop the charges. When I reached out, they claimed I hadn’t canceled.

Unauthorized Charges

A company that continues to charge you for products weeks after you’ve canceled is not trustworthy. Very disappointing. I won’t order from them again and will advise friends and family to avoid them.

I placed a BOGOF order during Black Friday, but the extra pack was not sent. When I reached out, the company responded swiftly and positively to resolve the issue. If only all customer service teams were this efficient! By the way, the product works wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Steer Clear of Direct Purchases

Steer clear of direct purchases from this company! My experience was dreadful. They promoted a Black Friday deal that I took advantage of, but only part of my order arrived. When I asked about the remainder, they claimed the offer didn’t apply, despite my having a screenshot to prove otherwise. Their customer service responds only once a day, leading to weeks of delays in resolving issues. When I called, they assured me they would investigate but failed to follow up. Ultimately, I had to recover my funds through my bank. I will never use this company again.

Unexpected Charge Without Notice

I received no warning before being charged for my subscription. They charged me two days before the next shipment without sending an email. When I contacted them immediately to cancel, they informed me it had already been dispatched, blaming their faulty system for not being able to process the cancellation.
