Oh my God, this is the worst company ever to order from especially if you're ordering to Europe. I'd looked at the reviews and hoped it would be fine but I couldn't have been more wrong. My package got stuck at customs for a month. Customer service was absolutely atrocious - kept giving me misinformation and refused to give me a refund despite the long wait (the package was supposed to take 3-5 days and took a month and a half to arrive). Avoid!
I recently purchased a pair of leggings from AYBL and was extremely disappointed to find they arrived with significant pilling and pulled stitching along the waist seam. They were brand new and had never been worn this was their condition straight out of the packaging.
The visible defects clearly indicate a fault in the product, not a fault on me. I contacted customer service and provided photos as evidence. However, I was told the issue was due to purchasing the wrong size and that this is “normal” when leggings are too large. This is simply untrue. I carefully followed the size guide on their website when placing my order, and the size matched my measurements exactly. The issue is poor quality and faulty stitching not sizing.
When I requested a return due to the item being defective upon arrival, I was informed I would need to pay $24 in return postage. Given that the product arrived faulty and unused, this felt completely unreasonable.
To make matters worse, the customer service responses appeared scripted or automated, as my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and not properly addressed.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the handling of this issue. Don’t buy these leggings.
I bought a legging not even 6 months ago, I only use it for pilates nothing crazy and it already ripped at the scrunchie part. When I told customer service they told me the warranty is for 30 days. I honestly think this is ridiculous because how can you ask that amount for leggings and they rip within the year. 30 days is a return period not a warranty period. They didn't help me I will never order from them again.
Had an issue with my courier not delivering my parcel correctly which resulted in it getting “lost”
Contacted AYBL and they kindly offered to send me a replacement item.

I’ve had multiple items from AYBL, sweatshirts, knitted jumpers, socks etc and all have been excellent quality, and reasonably priced. I ordered some seamless leggings, which are really nice and so comfortable. Unfortunately, like a few reviews i have read, the seam in the ‘area’ came apart. I emailed about it and they were so quick to respond - i was offered a new pair to be send out, however they were out of stock in my size. I was then offered a full refund or a replacement item of my choice. I opted for the refund, which I received confirmation of within minutes. I even got to keep the leggings, which although have a hole, they’re still useful as an under layer or gardening! This was a super stress free experience for me. I will definitely shop here again! I was helped in a friendly way by customer service. However, it took quite a long time before I received a response. Unfortunately, my item was not as expected, but they kindly sent me a new one. Overall, good service, but the response time could be faster.
They were amazing, quality was top of the line and the customer service team went above and beyond. It’s very easy to continue to buy from companies when they are as kind and fair as aybl.
Beattris from AYBL was really helpful when I had to report my leggings having a ladder and a hole where the stitching came apart. To be honest I wasn't hopeful given some of the reviews but I was pleasantly suprised! I am being sent a replacement pair on review of the photos I sent! Thanks so much for sorting this for me! ✨️
I recently experienced an issue with a pair of leggings that developed a hole sooner than expected. I reached out to customer service and was really pleased with how the situation was handled. The team responded quickly, were understanding, and arranged a free replacement without any trouble. While the fault was unfortunate, the customer service was excellent and made me feel valued as a customer
On Dec 3rd, I ordered $120 worth of clothing during a sale. Initially, I received an automated email indicating a delay, which I accepted. Four days later, I received another email. Assuming it was a typical sale delay, I waited until Jan 3rd to reach out, seeking a rough estimated arrival time, but received no response. I followed up again on Jan 19th and got a vague, unhelpful reply that didn't address my concerns. After three additional follow-ups without any further replies, it's now Jan 22, and I'm still left without an estimated arrival time or my items. I now have to initiate a case through a payment service, which has also gone unanswered. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered, despite my patience.
