An absolute catastrophe. Stay away. This company is a disgrace and should not be trusted under any circumstances. What we experienced was not just poor service, but chaos, deception, and complete neglect. I have never encountered a company so incompetent, dishonest, and uncaring. This booking was for a large family group and was extremely costly, so we rightfully expected high standards of service. Instead, we received stress, confusion, and total disregard once they had our money. They were quick to collect payment but completely absent when it mattered. They split our family across two different hotels without consent or explanation. We were supposed to be together, yet they separated us and offered no communication or support. To make matters worse, we were booked for five nights in one location, but they only secured three. They refused to communicate until we were informed at the hotel that we had to check out after the third night. Only then did they amend the booking. Being put in that position, especially with a large family, was unacceptable and deeply stressful. Their dishonesty continued with luggage. We were misled into believing that additional luggage was included on the return journey, which was clearly stated on their paperwork. Upon arriving at the airport, we had to pay for extra luggage ourselves. This was embarrassing and entirely avoidable. The transportation provided was appalling. The vehicles were in shocking condition, visibly unsafe, and falling apart. I genuinely feared for our safety, particularly with elderly family members traveling with us. Communication throughout was non-existent. Staff could not communicate in English and provided no clear information, leaving us stranded and confused at multiple points. Once issues arose, we were completely abandoned. There was no accountability, no transparency, and no attempt to resolve problems until we were already suffering the consequences. This company ruined what should have been a meaningful journey. Their practices are unethical, their service disgraceful, and their treatment of customers unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you value your money, safety, or peace of mind, do not book with this company. Stay away.

By the will of Allah, this is the second trip to Makkah and Madinah that the service has coordinated for us. They are wonderful, BarakaAllahu Feekum; we had an incredible trip. May Allah accept our Umrah, prayers, and remove the stains we’ve accumulated between our first and second pilgrimage. I recommend using this service because they are flexible and easy to communicate with. InshaAllah, we will return every year. This is especially true as the representative has worked with my family for two years to help us perform Umrah. The first time it was three of us, and this time it was seven. InshaAllah, they will assist more of our family in visiting the holiest cities.

I chose this agency based on positive reviews, but where do I start… It seemed fine initially with numerous calls and messages. However, just five days before our trip, we were informed our flight was canceled due to scheduling changes. That's when the truth began to surface. I had to constantly call and text them, only to receive vague reassurances that they were addressing the issue. Two days before our flight, I contacted the airline directly and found out the agent had known about the change a month prior but took no action. No customer details were shared with the airline for them to reach us or the agent. I ended up rescheduling my flights myself in just ten minutes. The airline was very apologetic and even advised us against this agency. The anxiety and frustration were overwhelming, and when I informed the agency, their response was simply that I hadn’t missed my flight, so I shouldn’t worry. 🥴 They clearly lack the ability to manage flight changes effectively. Their hotel options were also inferior compared to booking directly. Due to their mismanagement, I had to book extra hotel nights, disrupt our work schedule, and travel unprepared. The hotel informed us they only purchase discounted rooms. The additional nights I booked through another platform were far superior to what this agency offered. The rooms provided were cramped, so be cautious. None of the vendors spoke English, and we had to continually remind them to organize our tours. Ultimately, it felt like we were doing the agency's job instead of receiving the services we paid for. This was our first time performing umrah, and the added stress was immense. I sincerely hope anyone reading this will reconsider and choose a different option. Honestly, after our experience in Saudi, booking independently is straightforward, and I highly recommend avoiding any agency as it simply isn’t worth it.
