I have placed a order 29.10.24 for a Sprenger Duo Loose Ring 40801 13.5 and still haven't received.I've tried contacting the business via all methods with NIL response Money has been exchanged but I don't have the order and I'm now out of pocket $145 I'm unable to track my order as it hasn't been despatched. How does this business survive
You would need to be absolutely crazy to deal with this company. Still waiting after several months, only communicating once when we sent an email telling them how unhappy we were. Got all sorts of guarantees back but still nothing. Seriously how do they stay in business? If you are considering ordering through them, proceed with caution and extreme patience because you will need it. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, absolutely don’t give a toss and absolutely arrogant about it!! I deal with the horse world on a daily basis and I’ve never experienced anything like this! Congratulations, you have managed to crawl to the end of my tether. In regard to your response, Rod is my real name. I ordered a bit on 6th August and heard absolutely nothing by 16th September even thought it was showing as in stock. It was ordered in my Granddaughters name ( Trista) and I emailed you via her email in 16th September to which you responded that the bit was due within 6-10 business days and would be shipped to customers by the end of the month. Still waiting, no one answered your phone even though your Web site says “ call us”. Looking at previous reviews, you would hardly be surprised at mine. It appears you have a track record of not keeping your customers advised. I’d be delighted if you could “ look into it” and advise just how long it actually is going to take before I receive the order that was paid for on 6th August.Regards Rod
This seems to be common trend - people ordering bits, then no word for weeks on order! Pick up your game and quit wasting people's money and time. I too am now having this experience, ordered a bit - told it's in stock, the manager said she was away... does she ever work? No one is ever online or picking up the phone, but happy to keep taking money for orders.
The 2 times I've ordered bits from this company they took over 2 months to arrive. They are quick to take the money and slow to deliver. I would do what I've done and find another bit supplier. 6/7/23 was the date of my experience.
Ordered a bit from Bit Bank on 5 Mar and was told at time of purchase that it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but it ended up taking 7.5 weeks to arrive.I was required to purchase a "30 day Trial" to be eligible to return the bit however when it did arrive I noted that the manufacturer gives a 100% guarantee on the bit anyways so can't help but feel cheated on that one.Unfortunately the bit did not correct the issues that I was facing with my horse and I returned the bit to the address provided by and confirmed with Bit Bank. After they received the bit it took raising a case with PayPal (so grateful that I used PayPal to make the purchase) to even get a response from Charmae and she is still dragging her heels every step of the way on the refund process. I've now escalated the case to PayPal and uploaded everything to them to finalise the case including email confirm from Bit Bank that they have received the return item.My recommendation to anyone considering buying from Bit Bank is don't... It's easy to get a bit fitter on the phone but you'll never get customer support on the phone.
Waited 3 months for my order with Bit Bank (NS Turtle Top) with frustratingly inaccurate and piecemeal updates. Eventually I requested a refund.Then purchased NS Turtle Top online with My Breeches UK on the Friday and bit arrived to my door the following Thurs, less than 7 days. Same price, brilliant service.
Placed an order at the end of November for a little Christmas present for my partner. Nothing on the product page regarding not having products in stock or lengthy wait times. In early January I asked for an update and was told that the product had to be sourced from overseas and that the suppliers were just coming back from holiday, stock was expected within 10 days and that It would be delivered by late January. Mid February still no updates, requested and received a refund.
