Ordered and paid for a double bit set early October at which time I was advised that it would be 2-4 weeks delivery.2 months later and after conflicting emails I am advised that the bits haven't left for Australia as yet and no end date was known - supply issues out of their control. However Neue Schule in the UK advised that there should be no supply concerns. On further questioning re supply date the business owner processed a refund. After 2 months of waiting still no bits. Why promote a product when you have supply issues?
