NOT WORKING CODES

I have bought a key from them, for Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2024. They send me licence key that doesn't work. I contacted support but they are not responding. And since BITCODES is from INDIA, I don't think I will see my money or new key in my lifetime... I should've spend a minute for research about this sketchy website that doesn't have any contact for support on it's website. I should've known. DON'T BUY from them.EDIT:They even have the audacity to send a link for Trustpilot, but when you click it it has tracker on it...

They manage to sell the same key twice

They manage to sell the same key twice, in different orders, with hours between the first and second.Then, there's a chat option, which isn't really a chat at all, it just tells you to send an email. If it doesn't solve the problem right away, it's completely useless. A person buys the key to use it immediately, not to have to go through all these obstacles. Between writing an email, requesting a new key, and getting a response, I'd rather buy another one.Horrible, I don't recommend it and I won't buy anything here again.
