I don't recommend this company. I ordered a pair of boots that cost more than $200. After trying on for the first time one of the boots souls was defective with a large bulge making it unwearable. Contacted the company and this was their response.
Take $20 and go get them fixed yourself.
This company has no integrity
I wasn't sure how the shoes would feel or look. I was very impressed with how well they were made and looked. I also could truly feel a connection through my feet. I had to buy a pair for my mother because I was now a believer and I know the benefits of Earthing. She had the same feelings and was deeply grateful for the gift.
I purchased a pair of Boots: one boot has 5/8 inch different size sole than the other. So one fits and the other does not. I have been trying to return the. For 3 months. When I called I was told to wear them and they will stretch out eventually. I said "no" I want a refund. I was told I to submit it only, I did so. You have to send pictures of the soles of the shoes to make sure you have not worn them out side! Done that... It has been another month and no response! I do not recommend taking a chance to purchase anything from this company because of there customer service, shoes do run small and are not inexpensive.
I love these slippers. I am barefoot as much as possible and when I have to wear shoes most hurt my feet, but not these! They are made well. Nice leather and stretch. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found.
I have changed this rating, because in the end Earthing Harmony completely proved themselves. It was a rough start and there were things that were uncertain, once communication did get established this company stayed true and very responsive/committed to resolution of the afore mentioned issues. If you ever need to reach someone in their sales/claims department, ask for Jeselle - she's amazing!
Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered two top sheets and wanted to exchange them for a larger size. They responded to one email, then stopped communicating. I've called and left three messages, but they never answer. The representatives keep saying they will call me back. I've sent multiple emails. This company feels fraudulent!
Earthing Harmony makes quality products and provides excellent customer service if anything is needed. Their grounding shoes have brought back healthy alignment back to my feet, which has improved my body alignment and posture and restored the half an inch of height I lost 15 years ago. I was told that due to aging my spine was compressing and that’s why I was getting shorter, but it turns out that was not the case. I have bought several pairs of grounding shoes and stopped wearing any other shoes. Wearing grounding, shoes and sleeping on grounding sheets has improved my sleep and overall energy levels.
Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. I wear a 6 1/2 M width shoe. They don't have half sizes and I'd normally size up if a 1/2 size isn't available. But their site said to get a snug fit, so I ordered a size 6. No width is mentioned so I thought it would default to a Medium. The shoes are boats. They were too long and so wide I couldn't keep them on my feet. I called their Customer Service line. No human answers this phone, period. So I sent an email. The Rep. explained their sizing - why wasn't this explanation on their website? She told me I could exchange them and they would pay for the return shipping, but if I wanted to return them, I had to pay for shipping. I pointed out that since they did not explain their sizing properly, I had no way of ordering the proper size. Apparently they don't care. I have to pay to return these useless shoes. I also had to photograph them! They want to know the shoes aren't damaged. I will never order from this company again. On top of the size issue, these shoes have no soles. You can feel the floor as if you were wearing soleless moccassins. This company is out to cheat its customers.
I did have to re-order because the shoes I'd originally ordered were too small, since I want to wear them with socks for winter walking. But the team was very courteous about exchanging. I love how these shoes look, I love the smell of the leather, and I love how they fit. The craftsmanship is just beautiful. I look forward to taking lots of long walks, soaking in that good earth energy. Thank you for an extraordinary product.
Shoes I ordered were too big, sent exchange for smaller size, then had to exchange again for smaller size. Customer service was excellent each time. They were prompt with replies and exchanges. Very patient with me and satisfied my need. I love the shoes, very comfortable and very satisfied with purchase. Excellent customer service and excellent product
