I enjoy the variety but the service sucks lately and I feel like they lie. They say they cover the Bitcoin fees for deposits but then they really don't and they told me now that they don't cover wallet deposits. Like wth kind of nonsense is that? That's not what it says on your site...
I've been trying to withdraw for a week. I've been given the runaround and told my funds were sent via BTC over 24 hours ago but there is no transaction on the blockchain with my wallet address. Not the customer service agent just admitted they haven't sent it but offered no resolution. Pretty sure this site is just a scam to get pictures of IDs and steal money
Don't use this site unless you like to do verification process every time you win I just redid nmy verification 3 months ago last time I won on there platform. I tried to redeem tonight thinking this will go smoothly since I just redid my verification Thame last time I won . After congratulating me and telling me my redemption was accepted. I get an email saying that they need another photo of me holding my ID. Yet again. They will stall as long as they can last time it took me four vor five tries to get them a picture that they would accept. Welll I am not going through that again do they can keep it. I will just have to do without..I guess this is there way of saying Merry Christmas but you can't havr your money.Update. Just to show the length of what you will have to do to determine what they owe you. It has now been two days I have submitted 3 different pictures and they declined them all.They didn't decline the deposit I made though .They eager to get you to deposit. But you better be good with camera on your phone or you will never be able redeem any winnings ..They expect your pictures to be perfect.All this so they don't have to pay me my 27 dollars. They can just keep it. I am done trying to proove who I am to them.They can keep there money .They just made my Christmas not so merry because I was going to use that money to buy my grandson present asi am retired and live on a fixed income I will now not be able to..
