SUPPORT SUCKS! GIVE WRONG INFORMATION, LEAVE YOU ON HOLD W/OUT ANY ANSWER, NEVER CREDIT YOUR BONUSES THEY JUST LIKE TO CLAIM THAT THEY DID. WHEN YOU ASK TO VERIFY THE INFORMATION THEY FEED YOU SOME EQUINE FECES. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. HAVE CONTACTED MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND NOT 1 ENCOUNTER HAS BEEN GOOD. AGENTS NEED TO REFRESH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BC THEY CLEARLY SUCK AT IT. WHEN A CUSTOMER CLAIMS THEY'RE CONFUSED YOU DONT RESPOND WITH "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE CONFUSED ABOUT," IDIOT! GOOD JOB BUILDING A RAPPORT & SHOWING SOME EMPATHY.....OR LACK THEREOF I SHOULD SAY. CUSTOMER SERV 101, GENIUS! ALL 4 AGENTS SUCKED AT THEIR JOBS!! YOU GUYS SHOULD GO GET NEW JOBS BECAUSE YOU CLEARLY SUCK ASS AT THIS ONE. And here's the kicker!!! To withdraw $$ everything is done with crypto, which is fine, however I get an email to confirm my withdrawal request, and the email says it can take up to 24 hrs to process!!!! But in order speed things up with this process they ask me to leave a review on truspilot. HAHA! What a bunch of Equine Feces!! SHENANIGANS!!!! What the hell does my review have to do with the blockchain?!?! Not a Damn Thing! - Nuff Said!! So Here's your review, where's my money?
