When I ordered the bed, it mentioned a delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days. With Christmas approaching in just three days, I anticipated some delays. The company contacted me to inform that the bed would arrive during the week of January 5th. I mentioned I would be back to work then, and no one would be available to receive it. They assured me they would try to accommodate my request, and later called to say it would arrive in two days. True to their word, it arrived on Christmas Eve, was installed without issues, and the bed looks amazing and is incredibly comfortable. Thank you so much; I will recommend this service to others.
