I paid extra to have something delivered on time and it is showing as 'In Production' still. No contact about where it is, when I might expect it. Absolutely zero. Can't speak to anyone at all. Just a useless chat bot. I would never use again. The order number is 4071880I have already raised a case on CASE-04059756 (It is a diffferent name to this one as through my business) so I will not fill out another one.
