For weeks, my attempts to contact customer service regarding a complaint have been met with silence. This company is clearly operating fraudulently! I will never purchase from this organization again. Furthermore, I will actively dissuade everyone from engaging with this disreputable business.Even e star is too much!

Delay more than 2 weeks, any will to communicate with customer

After numerous great experiences within our organisation we ordered backdrop for 460 euros for our event with order number 3583751 . Desing validated, sent for production 9/3. We payed extra cost for delivery on 25/3 max. 24/3 status in production didnt change yet, no tracking number, I send email via formulary they are telling to answer within 24hours., no phone number indicated25/3 no news about parcel, neither any reaction on my question sent via their system26/3 I receive excuses for delay and that my order will arrive 14 days later, means 12 days after the event for which we spent hundreds hours to design itI ask annulation of my order seing delay from their side again via formulary.27/3 I receive ask reaction on my request on cancellation just message: sorry for delay, your parcel will be even more delayed; now over 2 weeks...Thats completly irrespectfull to customers. We may have technical issues ect, however then you communicate with customer.
