Review Time
We have ordered a few times from 360online Print (Bizay) and while it has been good i never got a notification that my order needed to be verified after I paid and a delivery date was set and emailed to me. So here i was expecting my delivery by a certain time only to realize when I signed into my account there was a step missing. They had my money but didn't followup to ensure all steps were completed and that delivery was on the way. It was not a huge issue this time but it did set us back over a couple weeks almost. I will use again but they need to have an online team that understands a complete order process and flow from order to after delivery.
Bizay are a terrible company and should be avoided at all costs. They have a Canadian (.ca) website but are located in Portugal, you pay for a 'guaranteed' delivery date and they do not deliver on time, and also their website is atrocious and has no clear way to get in contact with them.I haven't even received my products so can't comment on their quality, but I imagine from my experience so far a waste of money. I can find no way of contacting them to see where my order is, the tracking numbers they gave me don't work, and it's now too late for my client anyway so I want to cancel and refund, but I doubt that will be possible.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have stopped responding to emails about an order I paid for months ago (and have not received). Their support chat never has any active agents. The support submission form link goes to a blank page. And the option to 'login' to my account doesn't do anything. The website product descriptions lacked clarity, which led me to purchase the wrong product, and even though they hadn't printed my product yet (because they claimed the 'template' -something they didn't provide me with- had errors) they refused to cancel and place a new order for the correct size. In an effort to get the product I can't use (but paid for) I tried working with their team to understand what was wrong with the template (I think they meant 'design' - customers don't provide print companies with templates) so I could fix it. They kept insisting that my 'logo' didn't fit properly and that I needed to send it in. My design doesn't have a logo in it and I don't want a logo on my product. I think they meant 'design' (not logo), but they refused to even acknowledge the breakdown in communication around print terminology. It has been so frustrating. Oh - and they don't tell you (up front) that you might have to pay duties on your order. So, if you don't live in the country your product ships from (which you won't know when you place your order), be prepared for duties, taxes, and/or tariffs you weren't budgeting for! I'll never buy from them again. What a waste of time and money.
