Again speedy and helpful. After noticing my fuel price rise each month. Where it was becoming cheaper to pay the filling stations direct. After a quick call with Amy. The problem was resolved and back to a price where it's pays to use the fuel card again.

I was charged £39.59 despite not using the fuel card at all.
While the fees may technically be covered in the terms and conditions, this was not clearly highlighted during sign-up, and the charge came as a complete surprise. Being billed nearly £40 for zero usage feels unfair and poor value for money.
The pricing structure relies heavily on admin and non-usage fees, meaning you can be charged a significant amount even when the service provides no benefit. This is something potential customers should be made very aware of upfront.
I would not recommend this service unless you are 100% certain you will use the card every single month. Otherwise, you risk paying substantial fees for nothing.
I've been with this company for more than three years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The representative I've worked with is incredibly helpful and dedicated. They are always there to support customers, available daily, and respond quickly and patiently to any inquiries or concerns. In my view, anyone looking to apply for a fuel card should definitely reach out to this representative. They handle everything efficiently, making the entire process straightforward and hassle-free.
Poor management of this company. After a few years, I frequently found myself chasing their prices. Occasionally, their weekly price was 10p a litre more than the local forecourt price. Their invoicing system is quite confusing, lacking clarity on the card or location, which complicates cross-referencing. I also found invoices that were incorrectly added to my account and didn't belong to my cards.
