I did not read reviews before I made a purchase for over $100 in items. #1 none of the items are as pictured. Fabric is cheap and flumsy. Sizes are not in US measurements so very small (example xxl is a size 12-14 not 18). It takes over a month to receive and no reasonable customer service. No returns and was only offered $11 in compensation for over $100 in items that is not enough to pay shipping if I was dumb enough to purchase something else. I asked for 2 of the items in the correct size as compensation and they said No. That was the max compensation. I have to write off $140 lost but hope I can help someone else not make the same mistake. Please don’t waste your money!

Whatever you do don't order from thid company. Online they say they are an US company but they're not. The company is based in China. Secondly the quality is so cheap. And last they won't give you a refund. I refuted charges with my bank to get money back. This company is really sketchy.

So I ordered my hoodie in early dec. It said it takes 4-6 days shipping. Well two weeks later I finally get a shipping update and it says its shipping from France and has to go through customs. Another week goes by and it says its shipped. Then I get another email saying its shipping from China. I contacted customer service and they said sorry for the mix up I should receive it soon. We'll another week goes by and now its in US customs. Another week goes by and it finally ships and gets to me over a month. I get it and the quality is cheap The font is horrible and the pictures look like the print machine was cheap as well. I contacted them back and wanted a full refund and return the product. The fist response back was will give you was 5 back. I responded back what does that mean? Then they said ok 10 back usd. I said no I want to return this and get a full refund. Then the gave some response back is 15% off your next order is the most we can do. Im over it im just gonna contact my bank and see if I can get a refund through them. Ill never purchase anything from them again.

Disappointed with the service and lack of delivery.

Like many others, I believed I was purchasing from a company with strong cultural ties a month before the holiday season. As of now, my order has yet to arrive. The tracking updates provided are unhelpful. They refuse to issue a refund, which is frustrating. It’s disheartening to see someone exploit our culture for profit. They also claim to operate from within the country, which feels misleading. I placed my order in November and have received nothing!

Order Cancellation Issues

I placed an order for a $55 Christmas shirt and immediately emailed to cancel it the same day. I received a reply stating that my order could not be canceled and would be shipped anyway. I then requested return instructions but got no response, only continual emails about shipping updates. This service feels like a scam. I would not advise anyone to order from them. They seem to be trying to take advantage of customers. Proceed with caution!
