I recently had an excellent customer service experience with BlackVue Australia, and I especially want to acknowledge Oliver for going above and beyond.

From my initial enquiry about different BlackVue products, Oliver was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. He took the time to clearly explain the options and helped me choose the right accessories to suit my setup. When I needed additional items added to my order, he made the whole process seamless and stress-free.

What really stood out was his proactive approach — he organised fast shipping and ensured everything was handled promptly. It’s rare to come across service that feels genuinely attentive and customer-focused.

Terrific technical support

After having a problem connecting to my dash cam, contact was made via email with the Blackvue support team. A number of suggestions were made without resolving the issue. A call from the Blackvue support team was very helpful, and working through the issue, the issue has now been solved. Courteous, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thanks

Unable to log into blackvuew after update

I uploaded the Feb 2026 update and once I did, my Blackvue access shut down. I wasn't able to log back into my blackvue to view any recordings, battery recharge or anything. It kept saying no internet - yet i knew there was internet. I knew even inside my home I had internet. Adam and I went through various options - restarting my phone, changing settings and realised it wasn't my phone. When I logged in it said = no internet. We realised it was a glitch from the blackvue update yet Adam wasn't sure how to resolve it. He hadn't come across it with other blackvue users. So Adam and I created a new login with another email address I had. Now I have two logins with blackvue as I'm unable to cancel / remove my existing login. If blackvue are able to figure out what caused the glitch to prevent me loginng in then please let me know - perhaps there's a future update.However, Adam was so patient, so caring, understanding and supportive - a great person to have as part of Blackvue's call centre team.

Excellent customer service from Oliver. He was very patient and explained things clearly. Lost a star because I have left messages previously outside WA operating hours, and when the customer service officer called back I was either at work or unavailable.

Great customer service

Well I brought a black vue dash cam for the first time and had issues. The team were very helpful and easy to talk too although unhappy with product at first but in the end it was solved by the great customer service. Keep it up

Excellent staff and service.

Everything I’ve had to do with the staff at Autoblackbox has been a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite and put one at ease when answering queries. Today James and Adam were of the utmost help and it was my pleasure to have them assist me and answer my questions. One is only too happy to recommend them to anybody that asks.
