However, despite several messages, I haven't received any updates or further communication. I've come across reports from others facing similar issues and difficulties in getting support or refunds, which has made me uneasy. If the support team could provide an update or set expectations, I would feel more comfortable. I also sent a message to the CEO on LinkedIn but haven't received a response. Now that it's the next day, I've requested a refund since they haven't resolved the issue or shown any progress. It's a simple signup process!
A senior member of the support team has finally contacted me, stating they've escalated the matter. I've given them an hour to find a solution.

My only suggestion is for the service to include support for managing multiple social media accounts for different locations. We have two Instagram accounts and two Facebook accounts, each with its own events and promotions, and it would be extremely beneficial to manage everything from one central platform, as many other social media management tools provide.
