Placed an order long time back. No update by the business on shipping. Emails and messages on social media go completely unanswered. The phone number provided on the website does not exist. Please do not purchase from this website.
I had ordered two pairs of earrings (order no.BQ21302) on 08 Sep 25. After couple of emails, they apologised and subsequently received only one pair after a long delay ie 30 Oct 25. I had informed the same through email twice and requested them to deliver me another pair or refund my money. No response and still awaiting to hear from them and btw the product was not worth the money I paid. Not a great experience.
I still remember the day i encountered this website. This website is a disaster and stay away from it as far as possible. I ordered one item 1 month passes no information about order whereabouts. Invalid phone number mentioned in their website. No customer support. Your only option is email. I gave them 800₹ order and was worried sick about my money. First they told it will reach me in 20 days as it is coming from OVERSEAS. Then they told me it would take another 25 days to reach me . And when i say they told me the reality is i emailed them 5-10 mails daily spamming them and also on their website. Only then they would reply to me . It took me 2 months to take my money back from them . Everyday i used to mail them sometimes i got a reply sometimes i didn't. Truth be told don't buy anything form them trust me . You will regret it. Only i know the condition of my mental health chasing these money MONGERS. If you need any information regarding this issue
They took advance paid order #BQ18496 on 9/8/2025, but they have not supplied one month later. Their telephone number is not working. Emails to them are ignored. On top of that, they called up from their number 9818237870 and abused me. Their email address,which appears in their direct link on Insta, is denied by them.
Fraud website.Their phone number ,email nothing works.After taking payment they dont reply,no shipping details,no tracking id.I already complain to cybercrime.gov.inThis website is still active and robbing people.Every body should complain to crime branch and lodge fir to nearest police station.
