Bling Queen is a cowardly scam. Frauds.

i ordered directly from Bling Queen on 2nd Nov. 6 days later,bi asked where items were, after repeatedly trying to contact them. The only way you can contact is via email, that too is automated responses. They told me it would take a month to deliver. Why are these scam sites not policed,? Why are they not removes so innocent buyers are not duped everyday????

I had also a bad experience on Bling Queen. I ordered 2 items from this website and after confirmation of my order they did a mail to me that, that item item is out of stock and they discontinue with the supplier. After that they send me a mail with a different item photo and forced me to proceed with the picture item, I declined the item and asked for my money back but they totally ignored my concern and send me again the same mail with the picture item what they sent me before.They're going to fraud here and I don't know why the government allow them to run their fraud here online!

Honest review!

Initially just like others even I thought that this is a fraud website as I had placed the order and did not receive any communication from the team for a month. After mailing them multiple times I received an apology mail almost after a month for the delay and also they said that they have some internal issues going on which they are looking into. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. However, to their credit, they did eventually refund the money.

NOT a scam..

Communication is a huge issue with this company!My order went dormant for 2 months and I was convinced that the website is a scam. But then, an email arrived explaining due to import tax related issues, the shipment was delayed etc. Thereafter, the product was delivered.So the website is NOT a scam, my product is as it is described on their website, only that the entire ordering-to-delivery cycle communication could have been handled in a better manner.

I ordered 2 items. No delivery. I emailed them. They apologized for the delay and delivered 1 item. Really bad quality. Nothing like the picture. Second order not delivered. No reply to email. Phone number doesn't work. Avoid

I havent recieved my order yet . They promise delivery in 5-7 days and yet here i am still waiting ! Its been a month!I would suggest everyone not to order anything from bling queen as it is clearly a fraudulent company and i ve prepaud my order and now i am regretting !
