This website is fraud. I have placed my order three months ago and still haven't received it. They send fake emails pretending to resolve your issue. There is a fake whatsapp number through which you get your order details but nothing has been received yet.
I have ordered one bracelet costing Rs 799/- on 02 Aug 2025. However, on 11 Aug 2025 (Today), on the website, it shows "we have received the order"The contact us number given on the website, 9150436777, is out of order. On Friday (08 Aug 2025), I sent an email asking for the delivery date. And finally, I received the product on 29 Sep 2025 exactly after 58 days.
BlingQueen is a fraudulent company. They take payment but never deliver the products. Their Instagram is set up to look genuine, but customers cannot leave comments, and they are already banned from Twitter, which speaks volumes about their credibility. Everything is designed to mislead buyers into thinking they are legitimate, but in reality, they are a complete scam.Whenever you try to buy from a startup company that is not well known or reputed, always opt for Cash on Delivery (COD). Never make advance payments to such companies, otherwise you risk losing your money like many others have with BlingQueen.
Scam website - not a real company- only collected full payment upfront. Can't track order, phone unreachable, no response to query submitted online about status of order. No article delivered.
To continue with my complaint about Bling Queen and its sister concern Craze .in both are under Glocom Tech and Glocom Imports based in Perumbakkam,Chennai.Calls are not answered. And after repeated reminders, false reassurance about customs delay..They then assert that it is in transit but total silence about a Tracking No.I sent 2 reminders about a refund but reply was they are unable to intercept a parcel in transit. What has that got to do with refund?. So now I suggest we all do the following. Register our grievance on the National consumer helpline or call 1915And on cybercrime website..and edaakhil website..the district consumer forum.With proof and screenshot of payments. BlingQueen.in is a scam. I made a payment and received order confirmation but nothing after that. Their customer care number doesn’t work, and they never reply to emails. This website is fake and should be taken down. Please do not fall for it!
