The company has great shows and content, but the amount of B's you have to go through to update a payment method? Absolutely not! Companies forget we don't pay for your convenience. Imagine how much business they lose.

Misleading service details

I strongly advise against subscribing to this service. I signed up to watch a specific series that was advertised, but only certain seasons and episodes are accessible. I paid $37.99 a month, but Season 1 starts on Episode 9, and I couldn't load Season 2 at all. Season 3 also starts on Episode 9. This service is definitely not worth the money. It claims you can watch all episodes, but that's misleading. They mention releasing missing seasons in January, yet this program was produced in 2014. I was misled when I searched for where to watch this program, and this service was listed without any indication of limited availability. It's very deceptive. Don't waste your money; it's simply not worth it. I will be reaching out to them for a refund.

Avoid this service at all costs

I highly recommend not subscribing to this service. I signed up to watch a specific series that was advertised, but I found out that only certain seasons and episodes are available. I paid $37.99 a month, and Season 1 starts on Episode 9. When I tried to access Season 2, it wouldn't load at all, and Season 3 also begins on Episode 9. This service is definitely not worth the money. It claims to offer all episodes of the series, but that is misleading. They mention releasing missing seasons in January, yet this program has been around since 2014. I was misled during my search for where to watch this program, and this service was listed without any warning about the limited availability of content. It's very deceptive. Don't waste your money; it's simply not worth it. I will be contacting them for a refund.

Overpriced for the advertising

This service charges excessively for having advertisements during the shows. It’s simply not worth it!

Price hike without justification

I was content with the service until the recent price increase. The inclusion of HBO and Discovery+ doesn't justify the higher cost. The new free channels added are not appealing.

Frustrating ad breaks

I used to enjoy this service, but now I'm frustrated with the constant interruptions. After 10 minutes of a show, I have to sit through 4 to 5 minutes of commercials. It's become ridiculous, especially compared to other platforms.

Everything I need in one app

This app offers everything I’m looking for. I’m tired of the issues with other providers. For $33 a month, I get more programming than with the others. It's time to cut the cord and switch to this service.

Quality of service matters

From my experience with various providers, the real difference lies in the quality of the service rather than just the amount of advertising. A better user experience with a clear and easy-to-navigate website makes everything more straightforward. This professionalism is what sets it apart, as other options focus on transparency and genuine customer connection.

Breach of original agreement

We signed up in September 2020 for a legacy account that promised a price of $19.99 per month as long as we kept the account. This feels like a breach of the agreement we accepted, as they are now billing us $25 per month unless we switch to a different billing option, which would increase it to $29.99.

Too many ads for the price

Paying $38 to watch 10 minutes of ads during a show is unacceptable! That’s what you can expect if you don’t pay for a premium experience.
