I bought CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2020Special Edition from Blitzhandel24, but what was activated on the desktop by Corel is CorelDRAW SE (OEM Version)i.e. an old and limited version. This is a misleading sale, since the product delivered to me is not what I paid for. I have receipts from my Corel account itself. Despite repeated communications, they did not give me a solution. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company.Also 20 /10 /2025On July 6th, 2025, I paid for the purchase of the program CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2020 Special Edition, with Invoice No. 100687320.The German company Blitzhandel24 and Corel are unacceptable — they decided on their own to rename the product I purchased into something completely different, basically something they wanted to get rid of.The features they advertise as being included in the program simply do not exist.The case has been filed with the Public Prosecutor for misleading advertising and fraudulent sales, and I definitely do not recommend buying anything from them.As soon as I discovered what had happened, I immediately uninstalled the software, because what I received was not what I paid for, and keeping it would have made me illegal
Bought software that was only compatible up to Windows 10 (which was not clear on the description unless you scrolled all the way down). Windows 10 comes off support in 4 months so they are selling products that are about to become obsolete. I have Windows 11 (like many people). I asked for a refund but was refused - saying many people still use Windows 10 and I should have checked the compatability. V. poor customer service.THis site is cheap but be VERY CAREFUL if you buy from them that the software is compatible with your operating system.
Bought a windows key, and it didnt work, they didn't give me a new windows key or my money back, so i went and opend a case with paypal, and paypal sided with them, without asking me anymore information, do not buy from blitzhandel24 as they codes dont work, and u wont get your money back from PayPal, blitzhandel24.de are trying to get this review deleted, because they dont like the truth been told.
Bought a family key for Bitdefender 3 years. Price was cheapest I could find online. Key arrived almost right away. Used it, worked first time. Only issue was they gave me two keys one for 2 years and another for 1 more. Not an issue as the could be stacked. Very happy.
I bought a 2013 Microsoft Office Package, but received no download email or order confirmation from the company. When I downloaded the software from the order web page, my Mac would not accept it and gave an error message stating it was "malicious software". The Office package does not work and I have had to purchase a different one. Seems like a fraudulent business.
Bought Nuance Dragon 15 software; the sell it voor global use en for the Netherlands. But when you get is it is only for use in English en not in Dutch. Wrong informatie but when I bought I can not get my money back. Do not buy there!
I think I've finally got them to agree to a refund, only after threatening them with a chargeback on my Debit Card. They sent a "Legal" Affidavit which basically threatened ME with up to 3 years in prison if I ever did get to manage to load the program. The story continues.....
