Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 from Blitzhandel24RIP-OFF Merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 and was sent a link to download from Adobe and a product Key by email After downloading and starting the installation at 30% in it crashed with error code 183, I checked a few Forums and found this was a common problem with PE2023 and Win11, Adobe blame Microsoft and Microsoft say the fault is firmly with Adobe. With this information I contacted Blitzhandel24 to report the issue and find a solution or a refund as the product did not work and the Key is unused. They have refused to refund me as the Adobe web site says it’s suitable for Win11. FEEBLE EXCUSE - Their Customer Service is appalling The person answering my emails was Rimi Dorn – Sales Manager Polite but useless he just sent links to the Adobe website with suggested fixes none of which worked. If you are considering PE 2023 you can download a free 30 day trial from Adobe, PE 2024 is also available as a 30 day free trial and this does install in Win11 (23H2).
Awful -and a SCAM! They sell a Word 2021 product but it will only create or edit a word doc if you further purchase Microsoft 365! Email them and all you get is flannel. Then they insist that I must have done something wrong in downloading their product. No! It installed perfectly. What it doesn’t do is work as word processing software without paying extra money to Microsoft. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Despite providing clear visual evidence that the product description only stated "Mac OS" with no version details, my requests for a refund have been met with rigid responses. The customer service team repeatedly referred to their general terms and conditions, emphasizing a non-cancellation policy post-purchase, without addressing the core issue of misleading product information.It is a basic consumer expectation that the product descriptions should be clear and comprehensive. When such descriptions are vague or incomplete, it is reasonable for a customer to expect a company to take responsibility, especially when the issue is brought to their attention. However, the inflexibility and lack of accommodation I've experienced from Blitzhandel24 have been disheartening.The insistence on pointing to terms and conditions, in this case, feels like an evasion of the underlying problem: the product sold was not as described. This has not only resulted in an unusable product for me but also in a loss of trust in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.I am left with no choice but to share my experience publicly, hoping that future customers will be aware and that Blitzhandel24 will take steps to improve their service. Companies should strive to ensure their customers' needs and expectations are met
I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!
Purchased Nero Recode through them, after then having to jump through hoops and go actually directly to Nero to get the download, I found the product did not work with the DVD format I purchased it for. I then followed the refund/cancellation procedure (guaranteed 14 days!) and after jumping through more hoops was told all digital sales are final. Avoid like the Plague. Buy direct from the supplier or find a torrent online, but dont waste your cash or time on this company. Just this side of legal, but in reality just a Scam.As an update I have been repeatedlyChallenged regarding this review by the company, even after I was able to obtain a refund via Paypal.Despite providing my order number and email exchanges as proof- they claim the review is not genuine and have requested under German law that I submit all written Emails and proof of purchase directly to them. I'm not going to indulge them.
Scam? Stay away !!!!!!!!. Bought a Microsoft Product (Publisher) and B24 provided a faulty product key. I contacted Microsoft Support, where i was informed that the product key was faulty, and the advised med to buy the product direct from Microsoft. Despite the fact that B24 was informed in detail they refused to do a refund. Just asked me to "understand the situation".
Product was mis-described, mis-advertised, mis-sold and would not work. The company even confirmed it would work BEFORE the order. They admit ALL of this but NO REFUND. MANIFESTLY UNETHICAL and I feel like the victim of blatant t**** [YOU CAN GUESS HOW I FEEL BUT I CANNOT USE THIS WORD]. Post sale service was even worse. DO NOT RISK A SINGLE CENT/PENNY.
