I'm normally dubious with online 'virtual assistants' but i contacted Blitzhandel with an issue over activating some recently purchased software. This would probably been an easy task for someone with better IT skills than myself, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I was talked (shown) through everything io needed to do in communication even i understood!' Fantastic service
Quite frankly this Company must rank at or very close to the bottom of all software suppliers. I bought a download of Microsoft Word 2007 from their web to download to a very small capacity computer. Having paid for it I couldn't download it.I the queried that and was told that Word 2007 (despite being available on their website) was not available any more and that I would have to buy Office and install the Word element only. That was impossible as I told them the computer concerned didn't have enough memory to even start the installation of Office so I wanted my money back.The customer services agreed to give me my money back but has it appeared - No after approximately a month the credit to my credit card has still not appeared and they basically have shut my case 3 times without acknowledging that it is incomplete.Are they a good Company?? - No. Will I recommend them to my business colleagues & friends?? - Not a hope in hell !!!So Buyer Beware and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole !!!

My contact Prinz was fully aware of Windows 11 and installing Microsoft Pro on my new system. I allowed him to take control of my new system and within 30 minutes he had deleted items that had interfered with the install and i was up and running with the new software.I could not have wished for a better service.Many thanks and a pleasure dealing with you.
Best way to find a licensed copy of Word 2010. Could be clearer on which language version to download as you need to scroll down and check the tiny flag icons. Need to be careful when cutting and pasting licence key as you need to omit the first few characters in the box or it will not paste into box in Word.
Ordered license for Windows 8.1 (home). arrived in minutes via email.Activation failed (twice) - sent email within minutes with screen grab of activation screen fail, & system spec from winver.Blitz said screen grabs too small (obviously don't know how to use scroll on mouse to zoom in).
