Purchased a Bitdefender Internet Security product, key came during the night after I was asleep (no big deal), however it was Region Locked, to Germany or maybe Europe?
I managed to activate it using a VPN, and connecting to Germany.
The sales staff whilst quickly to reply, treated me like I was stupid, saying maybe I typed it in wrong, and I should cut and paste.
I asked for a refund, given the key wasn’t “Global” as they had advertised. They have downright Refused by the way.
Definitely will not use company again, given the issue.
There are easier companies to deal with, who won’t stuff the region up.

Purchased Trend Micro from them got the lic key copy and paste ( as per instructions from them ) into Trend Micro link then got notice Activation code invalid then was sent an email from them that i had no refund.

Avoid do not purchase from them you will be scammed.

Absolutely useless. About four years ago I bought software from this company which worked well and then stopped! Try as I may it just would not work. A month ago I paid for the same software. Much to my surprise it did not work at all. Having paid through PayPal I lodged a complaint. I then receive threatening emails from them to withdraw. I ended up making the payment and have now paid for two copies of the software non of which work! They claim they do not refund any software that is sent over the net. Thank you for nothing.
Useless! I purchased their Expert Pdf and was sent the download link and authentication number. Needless to say the authentication number was not accepted (despite copying and pasting it). Then the customer support box does not recognize my email. When I did get in contact with their customer support they suggested ME checking my internet was working and copying/pasting the authentication number - as if I wouldn't have done these things already! What a complete waste of time. I needed it like 3 days ago.... I don't have time for this rubbish. If they are going to sell a product, then they should make sure it works, as people do not have time to muck around fixing their bugs!
I bought two AVG licenses from them. Unfortunately, AVG canceled them. So I didn't get my money back, nor did I get two other licenses. Unfortunately, they don't help the customer to do well and develop a positive image of me. So it can be said that I won't buy anything from them in the future and if you want good things, you won't buy anything from them either. They only deal with you until you buy. After you buy, they don't deal with you anymore.
SCAM WARNING!!!! This company and their products are absolutely scammers. They will take your money and the moment they send an email, they state there is no recourse for a refund on a faulty product. We have all the receipts and contacted them within 3 days!!!!DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!
