Save yourself time, go somewhere else!! RUN!

RUN!!! They are the absolute worst company to deal with. The communication is horrible, or rather, nonexistent. It took three weeks to receive my prescription, and I received no guidance on how to use it. As a result, I ended up taking a two-month supply in just one month, and now I understand why I felt so terrible! I've had GREAT experiences with Eden and VitaStir in the past, so I will be returning to them. The savings just aren't worth staying with BLIV.

Do not shop here. All ran by AI app. Once they get 599.00 they tell you owe 25.00 more admen fee. buyer beware!!! they give you one tiny vial four needles and tell you that enough for 12 weeks. Just take smaller dose. A joke!

Please be aware of this companyThey are extreemly dishonest a total scamI bought 2 bottles of candita complex and they sent me only one. When I complained they said,That the bottle should only contain 30 capsules and that is a half months supply.I told the no company does that.The lable says 60 capsules, 30 day supply.They just argued and now they are tying toCharge my creditcard again like I agreed on a supscription.I will have them blocked by my bank.I found the same product on Ihearb Totally same ingreadient, different label.

I would rate it with “no star” if possible. Total scam, I have been waiting for my delivery for 2.5 months now and they just keep saying that there is an address issue and they will send the replacement. 2 times they have “sent” the replacement, which hasn’t never arrived. In UAE there is never an address issue, because they always call you in advance and leave the package behind the door. Nobody never called me. I have been trying to get the refund, but the customer service is like some automated robot just saying that they can’t give the refund just because the package hasn’t been delivered. DON’T order, it’s a scam for sure. I wish I read the reviews before.

I ordered October 8th and still haven’t received my order.I’ve been in contact with them consistently saying that “it’s coming.” They won’t refund me. Total scam. I’ll be calling my credit card company in the morning.

Total scam artists. I Missed the small print and ended up buying into a subscription that I have no way of cancelling. I have been emailing them for two months with zero response. The link to ‘manage my subscription’ goes to a dead page. Currently trying to go through my bank to stop payments. Do not trust blivvy or skyliette!!

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order and after a month it still hadn't arrived. After reaching out to customer service they advised me it was stuck in customs from the U.S and it would be resolved asap. It arrived after over two months and the packaging stated that it was shipped from China. The product inside was then nothing like what I ordered and instead was another product altogether with different ingredients. I reached out about the error and was told that it was a mistake and they offered to let me keep the product and give me a discount on ordering the correct product from them. I refused and asked for a full refund but have been advised that I have to pay the shipping costs to return the items to Italy in order to receive one.They are clearly trying to upsell products by sending the incorrect product 'by accident' and making it prohibitive to return it. Scammy, deceptive and wrong. I can see now others have experienced similar!
