I've ordered candida cleanse 45 days supply on 25th Sep and only received product yesterday 13th Nov. The product delivered is not as advertised, ingredients, packaging etc. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company as it is not a legit product.
This company is a scam. They sent me the wrong item and now is saying I have to pay $30 shipping to send the wrong order back to get a refund. The packaging is cheap and I do not trust what’s actually in these pills coming from China. There are so many good companies out there. Do not be fooled by this one.
Complete scam. Ordered £30 worth of stuff last October. Went back and forth with them after they told me it was a customs problem then after 3 months I asked for a refund and they haven’t responded since. Still no reply, still no refund.
It’s been three months and I still do not have what I actually ordered. The company admitted to sending me the wrong product which is lesser value than what I ordered after telling me that it was what I ordered. Many excuses were made and then I was offered what I ordered free of charge as if it was a favour. I waited weeks and there was no follow up, I asked for a refund and they told me it was on the way and has not responded to my email requesting a tracking. The company will lie, make excuses and attempt to not give you your money back under the pretence of sending you the right product. Don’t waste your time on Blivvy, super unprofessional and not a company anyone should do business with.
