I ordered this product in November, and even after several months, I still have not received it. The order has been stuck in transit for a very long time, and I have no idea what is happening. I contacted the company’s support team multiple times, but received no response at all. This feels like a serious fraud: I paid my money, yet they are neither delivering the product nor issuing a refund.
This experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. I strongly advise others not to buy this product or rely on its delivery from this company.

First time I received my product and it was extremely helpful, so I ordered more. Nothing. A month later I emailed. Waited. Emailed again. Finally left a negative review on shop.com and got a message saying there was a delay and it would be fixed soon. I got one item from my order but not the other FIVE. Since then they've ignored me completely so I'm leaving negative reviews in hopes of someone taking notice.
Only because the product came worm gummies are just what it says sugar gummies I have been returning to sender every time they wanted my credit card number to cancel a subscription I never authorized. They will not get that my bank put a stop on my debit card because they are scammers you keep sending those pills they are going in the trash stay away from these demonic blood thirsty people.
they are a scam!! I ordered on April 22 two bottles of theirs and after a week I noticed a shipping email (great!! WRONG)it literally went to one location and then returned to its natural habitat I wrote them several times and the only thing I got was sorry we will ship one out to you immediately..I waited for a confirmation email ...nothing I wrote again and I said I just want a refund and they said oh sorry I "just" tried to stop it but they already shipped it out LIARS!! i WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD they don't want to deal with me I will write and annoy them till I get what I asked for which is my money back
I tried a product as a one off and now I have a subscription I did not sign up for or want. Despite multiple emails, contacting my bank to cancel the payments I’m still being sent product I don’t want and being charged. Please don’t fall into this trap like I did. Stay away from this company. There is no customer service that actually help you. It’s just the same email response that does not rectify or answer your query. Awful company!!
