Such a scam. Bought the largest bouquet almost 95 AUD and a large box of chocolate + some chocolate truffles from fromyoufloqers (AU) Total order 144 AUD. It was a birthday surprise for my sister as we cant be together for her big day. I live in Denmark and she lives in Australia.
My sister received a tiny bouquet of flowers and some chocolate and crackers. Nothing like what I had ordered.
Dont use this scam website. You will be disappointed and you will pay too much.

Started off great but service and quality has deteriorated considerably over the past few years. Last order looked nothing like what was advertised. Spent $$ for what was meant to be a beautiful bunch flowers and arrived looking like a cheap bunch nothing like the images on their website. Their customer service didn’t seem to care stating they were out of stock what I ordered. The delivery prior never even turned up and I was only notified on the actual day which left no time to find alternative solution. Then trying to get a refund was painful as they kept pushing to send alternative options after the actual special occasion. Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration.
I strongly advise against ordering from this service. The flowers that arrived were completely different from the image I chose. Although I paid for an extra large arrangement, what I received was quite small, and the flowers wilted within two days. It took several weeks of emails and reaching out to consumer protection to finally get a refund for my order. I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase.
I would give no stars if that were possible. I paid $90 for flowers but received a very small bunch. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the company agreed to send another arrangement, but the delivery date came and went without any flowers. I reached out again, and they assured me it would be delivered the next time, but this happened four times. Despite a long email exchange filled with promises and a supposed complimentary gift, the flowers were never delivered. This service should be reevaluated.
I strongly advise against using this service. On two separate occasions, they failed to deliver flowers as promised. I placed an order on December 20, 2025, for delivery on January 5, 2026, and I was informed they could not fulfill it on time. This has been incredibly frustrating.
0 starts should be an option. How is this company still operating. They should be ashamed!!
I got 3 bouquets for the 23/12.
1. Delivered to the wrong house and I was told to go search around the street. Refused to do anything as it had been delivered
2. Never arrived at all. Despite being told twice they were on there way.
3. Arrived and looked nothing like what I’d paid for. Customer service team told me they look exactly like the picture and were acceptable.
Requested a refund and they said no, I could have a store credit. When I said I would not use there company ever again after they could come through with the 3 bouquets I ordered they still refused to do a refund.
This is a scam and I don’t know how they are getting away with it.

Very disappointing product quality and customer service. There seems to be no commitment to providing a positive buying experience. My order was not fulfilled and was substituted with a bouquet that was too low in quality to give as a gift. I could have found a better quality bouquet at a local store for a lower price.
I purchased from a certain platform, but my order was handled by another company. The delivery was two days late, and the flowers arrived nearly dead while the chocolates were mouldy and expired. The customer support team kept offering store credit, failing to grasp that I have no intention of using their services again.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I spent $157.00 on a bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear with chocolates for my granddaughter, but four days later, there was no delivery and no attempt to resolve the issue. I have reported this to the relevant authorities in hopes of putting a stop to their practices.
Do not trust this service. The communication was very misleading - I specifically requested for my order to be delivered during the day, yet it still hadn't arrived by 8 p.m. Each time I contacted the support team regarding the delay, I received different excuses. I am extremely disappointed and would recommend shopping with a local florist instead. Truly dissatisfied.
