I’m shocked that both of my orders were sent with the wrong items. I've tried to contact the support team but have received no response. It feels like a deliberate strategy from a company focused on profit. I strongly advise against using this service, and I will not return.

If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would! I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a week now, but it’s utterly impossible! I've gone through the customer portal and website, but it's just not working! I've exchanged numerous emails with a representative who ignores my cancellation requests and keeps sending me offers instead! I’ve also been double charged for an order I wanted to cancel, but it was sent anyway! I'm extremely frustrated and angry at this point! The customer service is disgraceful, and they seem more interested in profits than in customer care. I only wanted to pause my subscription temporarily, as I was happy with the product, but now I’ll never return due to this treatment!
