I’m shocked that both of my orders were sent with the wrong items. I've tried to contact the support team but have received no response. It feels like a deliberate strategy from a company focused on profit. I strongly advise against using this service, and I will not return.

If I could rate this company lower, I would!

If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would! I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a week now, but it’s utterly impossible! I've gone through the customer portal and website, but it's just not working! I've exchanged numerous emails with a representative who ignores my cancellation requests and keeps sending me offers instead! I’ve also been double charged for an order I wanted to cancel, but it was sent anyway! I'm extremely frustrated and angry at this point! The customer service is disgraceful, and they seem more interested in profits than in customer care. I only wanted to pause my subscription temporarily, as I was happy with the product, but now I’ll never return due to this treatment!

Struggling to cancel my subscription for over a week!

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week, but following their instructions has proven impossible! I've emailed multiple times and keep receiving generic responses from the support team, which clearly isn’t helping. This feels like a company trying to take advantage of customers by making cancellations difficult. I've contacted my bank to block any future charges as I have proof of my cancellation attempts. It’s appalling how this company operates.

The product is great, but the customer service is nonexistent. I've tried to cancel my subscription using the instructions provided, but it just leads me in circles. I truly wanted to rate my first order higher. I ordered a specific bundle after discovering it at a local coffee outlet. The order arrived as expected, but I’m a bit disappointed that the expiration dates are nearly the end of December, and they should last 12 weeks after opening. I've reached out to the company, but I haven't received a response yet, which is unfortunate. Overall, the order was good, but I'd like to hear back about the expiration dates; otherwise, I might cancel my next subscription.
