I purchased a product from the company and did not receive a confirmation email, but the postal service confirmed they had it and money was deducted from my account. The postal service stated it was delivered, yet nothing arrived. I attempted to track the delivery using my postal code, but it was deemed incorrect. I emailed to verify the address the seller used for my order, but that email bounced back as undeliverable. I called the number linked to the seller, but it turned out to be non-existent. After finding another email address and sending another inquiry, I received no response. This situation raises concerns about the legitimacy of the company, and I advise caution. I appreciate the prompt reply to my review, but my concerns remain: 1. The absence of a purchase confirmation email is unusual.
2. The contact email on your main page leads to a different address, which then returned undeliverable.
3. My second email via your contact page went unanswered.
4. There’s no customer service number provided for contact. The number I found for the company is also non-existent.
5. I responded through a review platform as instructed, including my email and phone number for contact, but the reply I received from the seller was unclear. I have not received any communication regarding a refund or resending of the product. While I acknowledge a minor error in my postal code, the lack of a confirmation email prevented me from correcting it. Therefore, I cannot provide a confirmation number as none was issued to me. My review will remain until this issue is addressed.
I bought a Nailtiques product, didn’t receive a confirmation but Royal Mail confirmed they had it and money taken from my account. Royal Mail then confirmed as delivered but nothing had arrived. I tried using my post code to track the delivery photo but my post code was apparently incorrect! I sent an email to check the address BC Gels had sent my purchase to and it came back as undelivered. I called the number associated with BC Gels and it was non existent.found another email address, sent a further enquiry and no response. I am very concerned that this is a scam company with fake reviews - beware. Thank you for replying immediately to my Review. However I’m sure you can understand my concern when:You do not send a Confirmation of purchase email which is very unusual.1. Your contact email on your main page converts to a different email and later the email is returned as undeliverable. 2. My second email sent through your Contact page is not replied to.3. You do not provide a customer service number for contact. When I tracked a telephone number down for the company it registers as non existent.4. I completed a response to you through TrustPilot first thing this morning as requested with my email address and telephone number for contact. I received an email from BC Gels in response which reads as follows: Contact From BCGELS Store=0A=0A=0A=09=0A=09=0A= =09=0A=09=0A=09I replied asking if you meant to send this to me and still have not had a response. I can confirm that I have NOT had an email from you (yes I have checked Junk) offering a refund or the product resent. I’m sorry that there was a mistype on one number on my post code but as you didn’t send a Confirmation I had no way of rectifying. Therefore I CANNOT send you a Confirmation number as you didn't send me one, My Review stands until we can resolve my complaint.
Order placed 10 days ago and dispatched 8 days ago, but no sign of it. No reply to email or contact form. No answer to telephone number listed for company. I paid for 48 hr tracked delivery and website confirms this is what I paid for, but no tracking number provided and no delivery. The Item is required for this weekend, but I have no way of finding out where it is.
My order arrived damaged and unable to use. I complained to the company and I received a very rude, unprofessional response. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.I wouldn't even give them 1 star.I was told there was a hair on the bottle in the photo I took of the broken bottle, so they pointed out. What on earth has that got to do with the broken product that had just arrived, it could of been from anywhere!🙄 the product had just arrived and never used. I received 1 rude email at which point I was put off corresponding with them as they were so unprofessional in their response. Next time I'll buy from a reputable company not Bcgels!
